Actually there are dramatic scenes at the nest:
Mrs. G is attacked by young Clara ch (2R)
Edit:
Clarach is still in the nest and stole Aran's fish!
The attack lasts for more than one hour until now!

"Attacked" is not the right word for what is going on in Glaslyn at the moment. It's a strange story. Clarach (one of two chicks hatched from the Dyfi nest three years ago and returning for the first time to Wales) pays a visit. Actually already the second after turning up last week there. Both females seem not to be fazed in the least, both were screaming together for fish, Clarach does nestorations, she even walked over the Glaslyn female. The only "bad" thing one can say is that she stole the fish the male brought in last evening and apparently again today morning. There is no fighting and no aggression from either side!
By the way, Clarach is the first osprey hatchling in Wales to return "home".

Neither of the nest owners tries to take it back, they just watched in wonder.

Aran lost another fish to Clarach in the morning and MrsG flew away:
Mrs G is back - hopefully she's got something to eat!
Here's another close-up of Clarach:
Thanks to the excellent camera at Glaslyn tonight!
