Mrs G is definitely still present at the nest site. This photo of her was taken at 10 42am this morning from the forward hide. She is perched on her favourite oak tree branch and there she stayed until 5pm, yes 5pm! It was then that she flew towards the river presumably to bathe as she had just finished eating the remains of her fish.
It was wonderful to watch her quietly feeding and looking around. She wasn't even bothered when two crows landed on an adjacent branch, and neither did she move when W7 arrived on the nest calling loudly for attention. W7 moved to the perch still Mrs G ignored her calls.

Mrs G on the nest at 7.00 a.m. - her 168th day at Glaslyn this year.
She landed briefly and grabbed one of the leftover Sea Trouts from yesterday before making a quick exit.
Each view of Mrs G is now precious. Just in case it's the last we see of this incredible Osprey this year.
