There was a prey, that mum began to work with, too - looked like a water rat to me, or an unknown rodent (could be a bird chick, too, visible partly on the right) - but the li'l one was not hungry yet

The baby has fallen on its back

Thanks for the crack picture! I was so occupied with fledging at SWFL cam that I missed the second hatching in this nest

There was a feeding and as far as I could see it was mainly eaglet #1 who got the bites, E#2 was not really ready yet.
The food was still the hen leg



Unfortunately no zoom was provided for better views of the eaglets
