Good morning Sova,
previous male had name Arnold. Can it be this male - for us here - Arnold-2?

2018.02.16 ... "A Duna-Ipoly Nemzeti Park Igazgatóság működési területén található ártéri erdőben került kihelyezésre az a fészekkamera, amely egy rétisas pár – Arnold és Judit – életébe enged betekintést. ..." http://www.dunaipoly.hu/hu/hir/kovesse-eloben

on filmdzsungel chat they still wrote only female (tojó) - male (hím), on youtube chat it is international (I saw more contribution only in Russian)

youtube chat - Márton Árvay (the zoologist by DINPI):
- female is generally larger, has wider head, nape feathers look a lot more ruffled, thick legs and fingers plus the male still has some darker pattern not yet as whitish as the female
- the male is in his 5th-6th years, the female is most likely older than 8 CY.
- the tree is a grey poplar tree (Populus × canescens)
- sometimes all three chicks fledge successfully, but other times one, two or all chicks die due to illness, starvation or predation

Thank you Solo :hi: ... it would be nice if Mr. Márton Árvay could be in the chat more often.
I read everything. I thought, just like you would that the tree was a birch.

I know, Mr. Marton Árvay has no time ...

Hi everyone! :hi:
I recently signed up for this topic, about a month, but looked through it without much emotion. Today I read the whole topic from the first page. I'm very fond of this nest! I wish Judit success in everything! She's good!
sova, you separate gratitude for devotion to a nest! Image

How high is the nest where you can read? Old links do not open.
What temperature, usually, at this time in Hungary?

Good morning Sonchik :hi:

Are you asking how high the nest is? ... I do not know.
Temperature today in the morning at 06 00 is 2 °.
Last year we had -20 ° here in the night. Judit had 3 eggs, two are frozen.
Here is a link to get more information.
https://filmdzsungel.tv/retisas-feszekk ... i-parkbol/
Solo can certainly give more information, she understands Hungarian ... I do not.
Solo is walking encyclopedia
Solo, could you give some info? :2thumbsup:

Have a nice day ... I'll be back in the afternoon
