Thanks, Raziel! It is that the squirrels are cute small mammals. It's difficult to take other but cute pics (screen shots as my picture are normally) of them.

I told yesterday that the young squirrel who got the name Drop the Red Foot (it's true that she really has red foot, even her tassels are more red than dark. Jo, you were right!) reminded me of a pup from last summer - it had a wet nose fur too.

But it can't be the same squirrel, this one from July 24ht 2012 was a male. Well, anyway they could be siblings - there are not many squirrel litters here on Squirrel Hill,
I suppose that there were two litters, perhaps three, as far all pups of the hill visited my window feeder.

We may wait to see next new pups in the beginning of June!

Some more videos from yesterday:

I suppose it is Drop the Red Foot.
edit: it is not Drop! It's a male

Today for half an hour ago I noticed again a youngster. But this time it was a male!
There have been visiting two youngsters, Drop and let's suppose, the other one is his brother! :D

edit 24th April: : I have been wrong! This young looking squirrel seems not to be Drop, but it could be her brother. When looking closer the face is different. It's like more one colored, how to say.. it is also a bit more gray still.--I'll add some screen shots from these videos down there:

Brother of Drop??

A descendant of the 'Red foot' family?

Olga, thank you for amazing movies and pictures of squirrels. :loveshower:
Paula, Drop the Red Foot and her brother are lovely. ♥♥♥
It seemed that brother Drop's is more shy than his sister.
I hope that you feel good and don't hurt your back.

:hi:
Olga, thank you very much for wonderful videos. :loveshower:
The colours on the sky are so beautiful.
I heard songs of birds on your movies and for me it is music therapy. :whistling:
Voices of nature are very relaxing.

Maybe for Drop's brother is good name "Titian".
The color of his paws is very similar to the titian color.

(About link for VLC users) I'm sorry  , I didn't know that you had bad experience with this program.

Yes, Margossa, Titian would be nice name for Drop's sister!

Macdoum, Tina and Tom would be nice names too, but I'll save the name Drop. The color 'titian' is like a hint for their 'red foot'! Let's hope we will see the youngsters later in the spring and summer - and as they change their color, that we can recognize them still.

Today early in the morning I saw Paula sitting on the feeder. She left before I got camera at hands..

Dear squirrel friends. I'll be off for some few days from tomorrow.

It's really spring now. Here on this picture you can see the last ice spots in the garden :D
