The next visitor today was an adult female! But is she??
She has some dirty on her mouth corner. It's blueberry jam, I think!

'Dirty mouth Female'.. I have a though who she might be.. but i'm still unsure. Anyway her ears are not very big
There is dry blueberry jam just a bit left on the right side, the left side is quite dirty still.
I saw her today again, on the 2nd October.
this video is edited by youtube automat editor. The result was too 'strong', not natural. I have changed it back 'not edited'.

Nice to see Castano back, maybe with time passing he will get a bit more trusting again. But your fatballs look very delicious. Do you make them yourself? They will be the hit of next winter, I'm sure!

Felis, yes, I do the peanut balls in the kitchen! I need an empty milk carton, 40 cm iron wire, broken peanuts and hulled sunflower seeds and 100% pure coconut butter.
I melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove. It's melts easily in low temperature- . Then I pour the nuts and seeds in the pan and mix all together. After that I just pour the mixture in the milk carton with iron wire inside through the bottom of the milk cartoon, and there it is.
As soon as the cake has cooled down I put the packet in the fridge. In some hours the delicacy is ready to put inside a nylon net, and hang it outdoors.
I found the recipe from youtube in last spring as the markets didn't sell fat balls anymore! I didn't find the video anymore.
Yesterday I saw Charley, just shortly...(today he was there again! )

About the recipe: the relation of the coconut butter and seeds is not exact. You can use more or less of the the melted butter. As the seeds become 'wet' of butter, it's enough. The cake will hold in one peace. But if you like, you can use more of butter, you will see that everything will be eaten.
Today I saw Charley in the afternoon and Mr Spock (probably it's him, the male with special long tassels in the winter, anyway the body fur and the dark, almost black tassels reminds me of Mr Spock.

Thank you Olga for your fantastic videos and pictures of squirrels.
I'm happy that I see Mops Jr., Oscar, Castano, Charley, Mr. Spock, Paula, Titian and others squirrels.
I missed them. Their autumnal fur looks beautiful.
Story of lost fat ball is super.
Squirrel looked very happy when he found it on the ground. He was very proud when was carrying big piece of fat ball to home.
On the several your videos I also saw Great Tit and Blue Tit.
Thank you for picture of Nappu. She is lovely. ♥
Thank you also for the fat ball recipe.

Hello, Margossa, you are welcome! From July to the beginning of September there were almost none of squirrels to see. Only seldom I noticed a squirrel tail that vanished into the hazel bushes. Now they seem to be back, one after the other.
Some of the familiar squirrels behave a bit different as earlier, they are more alert, they have become more wild or how to say. That's a good sign, I think. They are normal countryside forest squirrels. They just take advantage of my nut service.
Today I saw three squirrels:
A small young male. The face and nose remind me of a pup from the summer 2012 , named then Drop as it had a sweet wet nose. haha.. but the presence of this squirrel and his face look so familiar to me.
