I finally got around to take the photos from the cam and upload them.

Yesterday I saw the squirrel living near my home:

Image

Two years ago some magpies attempted to make a nest, I think now the squirrel is using it. It was sitting there.

And here is one of the office squirrels. It looks like a very young one, maybe one from last summer:

And today there was one and I quickly threw out some walnuts I still had on my desk for this purpose. I think I overwhelmed the poor little guy a little, by the looks of his face "what am I to do with this huge thing?"

I hope the news of Nanu keep on being good ones! I'm thinking of him!

Yesterday I saw the squirrel of whom I said that it could be Baby face. Yes, it looks like him, but.. :D
Someone said it might be his offspring. Yes, I think the same, b c this one is female. It can't be seen on the video I took yesterday, but there is no doubt of the thing. I have seen the truth. And she looks also younger than Baby face. Of course.. I didn't want to admit the truth... :innocent:
She is very shy and alert and she does not tolerate the camera lens at all.

It was wishful thinking.

 At last I'm back.

Feliz, those photos of your squirrels are great!

What sweet stories, too. I can imagine the squirrel near your home sitting there in the mag pie's nest. He/she is checking it if it is water proof etc!

And your office squirrels are something very special! Lovely squirrels and good photos! The squirrel with the big nut is just amazing, very expressive! Thank you very much!

Nanu was walking for two in the forest with Nappu and hubby. He was sniffing everything and he seemingly enjoyed the trip. At home he wanted to ate immediately. He almost ate the plate too. Mostly he likes to take a breathe at first.

Your squirrels photos made my day! :D

Yes, they are really cute and have been more active lately again. But live dangerous, the sparrow hawk pair has already arrived and been around for a while. And our windows are again, after the winter, terribly dirty, so sometimes it is really difficult to get a sharp photo. If I open the window, what is also not possible everywhere, they will be gone.
And not always the cooperate, as you can see here:

:rotf:

I'm happy to see your squirrels too, and some of my colleagues do actually ask me sometimes if the "Finnish squirrels" are okay.
