Oh no, asteria. Very sad. I hope she will get stronger and able to sand ok!
The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Her leg is not broken, but ligament rupture is also a bad thing. And veterinarian clinic is 130 km far from Makov, so the way takes 1,5 hour.

Yes, that is a long distance to drive and for her to have to travel. Let's hope the veterinarians, there, can fix her leg.

Marushka is now back in Makov but stays in the aviary. Honzik alone in the nest with plastic egg.

Very good. And now, we need a lot more votes for Malena & Klepetan so they can get their camera!

Marushka is back in the nest, she can move her leg a bit and tried to step on it but it is still hard for her. At least Honzik saw her and calmed down.

Thanks for all the reports !!

I watched the nest since last season, almost each day. I saw that there is a problem with the leg  and was very worried.

I didn't find the link to this forum till today... :slap:

Let's hope she'll be OK and will have nice babies

They don't have a forum, only a guestbook on their site(in Chech), facebook account and youtube chats.

Lucky me !! :loveshower:

I watched them for a while. I saw her making exercises with her leg, stretching it. !

She did it again and again till she was able to go down on her knees, to incubating position.

21:03 A minute later he was happy and they were mating !!

Thanks Astria, I know they have no forum. I looked for this one because its name is not specific to this cam.

They showed it in the news last night. RBB regional.. but it is not regional..it is Nordrhein Westfalen
Today I saw "my" storks! They were in the meadow. They searched for food and collected hay

wooohoo! one of the Stork has a black ring! One ring.. nothing else
I had backlight! What a carp! So the pics are not so good.
Too bad that I could not see it when I was there! They were far away.

what a big ring! :slap:

Tomorrow it should be cloudy. Maybe I'm lucky and see them again.

Marushka laid the third egg 12 days later after the second one. :loveshower: Such a difference between the chicks is huge.

A few days ago I asked if in 2016 Vendulka managed to lay eggs for the second time after her first clutch had gone why can't Marushka. So she can do it too!
