Somewhy feels nice to see people there, wish everyone who goes there would wave to camera
And I think the water level might slowly drop indeed, just looked at images on previous pages seems a bit lower but cant tell exactly

You're right! Look at this images.
from today EET 17:20 - and 4 days ago, 27th march EET 17:17
You can also compare the wooden fence behind the markings. At 27th the lower parts were flooded.
And also other people are interested to the marks - not only the users of LK

The years are not brothers, as they say... and not sisters too!
Last year April the 1st - river is totally frosen, Apr.4th - some free water is seen.

and this year - the last day of March and the flood is full strength
