Two males: greenfinch and siskin. The Siskin has chased a great tit off from the feeder.

Fatfood shortened after jackdaws's dinner.

I think a better question is what time this morning the fat will fall.

One of the regular visitors is a Greenfinch with a funny feather on the left side of its belly

Apart from large birds the greenfinch tries to chase off anyone who appears on the feeder.

I have no idea, but the bird seems unaffected by this, it is flying, eating ....

I think there was a refill of seeds (heard rustling sounds) and the cord which held the fatfood was taken aside

Unfortunately, the finches are those who are most vulnerable to disease at the feeder. Maybe it's because they often sit in the food, both at the feeder and on the ground, and that way get more often infected through excrements, while the tits mostly takes the food and fly away to eat it? At least it's my experience.
Of course it's many explanations.

08:44 - Gray- headed Woodpecker is looking for the fat food
