The number refers to Germany since about 1800.

Yes, it's horrible indeed. With the insects is it the same. Much less insects means much less songbirds, it's a great disaster.
And our politicians do nothing, ignore the problem. We have a disastrous agriculture. But we have too much lobbyist.
