Hey it's a Turtle dove /orientalis Streptopelia turtur/orientalis
(Well there was a sp.orientalis here lately in mid sweden on bird feeders )

I had a closer look at the pigeon that sigge called a Streptopelia turtur, but I think it is none. On the pics I could get one can see nowhere this typical pattern at their throats, also other feathers are different

Looks like it's difficult for the woodpeckers to arrive to the fat balls. A grey headed and a great spotted tried but both couldn't eat them.
