Difficulties to access Käsmu webcam

Dear friends,
since July 3rd I can't get direct access to Käsmu webcam anymore (www.kasmu.ee). It is shown a fox-logo instead, and a message "you don't have permisson to view this page".
Strange enough, the other option - to view the Käsmu-Webpage in frame of Looduskalender-pages, it works!

May be a short information about (possible) technical changes for the direct access could be usefull.
