Hi sova and Osprey fans
Yes, it is frustrating trying to follow a nest with permanently failing live stream, I agree!
I am sure there is a problem that can´t be solved with a simple mouse click in the control center at the computer and/or a re-start. There must be some still unknown weak part at the equipment at nest site (camera, cable, plug .....) and someone should have to go there and look for it.
But going now to the nest would mean to risk a major disturbance, Miina and Marko would leave the nest for how long? and leave the eggs alone, they could cool down too much and then? Even after the osprets hatch it is too risky to check nest site quick, they are too small for quite a while to be left alone, they still need warmth and protection from their parents.
For sure the responsible persons are aware of the problem, but there is no real possibilty to fix it now at this state of nesting.
At the moment we have to deal with it ....
Bea .... thank you for taking your time to answer.
Everything you write is understandable and sure no one can climb to the camera now, that wasn't my thought either.
But....
1. We had these problems last year (July, August, September)

2. if the other camera starts, why is this camera not started either? (or nothing works at all).
Thanks Bea, I know you can't do anything.
