Lots of interesting sounds from autumn night. This one could be call of Boreal Owl. You can find something similar in xeno-canto.org from Czech Republic. But I'm not fully sure about my version.

It's not common also here in Latvia, but now has begun the autumn migration, in which participate part of the specimens. It is possible that it was a migrant.
