It seems the cam has went offline. Hope its just a temporary problem with signal and not the camera itself. The last pontu snapshot was from 16:53.

I hope we do not lose this camera

I have become very fond of this sweet young couple and would love to see them have beautiful babies :loveshower:

It is probably not likely that Madis & Piret will return to this nest after a 2 year absence anyway.

There is still hope, of course!

Dear Pontu-people! Wouldn't it be good, if this female osprey number 29 be called in honor of today Vappu or Walborg or something else having to do with May-day, as she has an egg now. And is learning to set on it? And the male seems absolutely in awe seeing it? After all, it's such a miracle so that who could guess what happens!

Happy May-day for everybody!

That sounds good! Mai or actually Maj is also a Swedish name! And Mikk is a good solid name! Very good names! Mikk would be Mikko in Finnish... Those would not be difficult to pronounce or write to anybody.

Well, I think we make no long vote, as these names are very nice and suitable and name them Mai and Mikk

Hello Mai and Mikk....I really like those names.... :D
There is nothing in which the birds differ more from man than the way in which they can build and yet leave a landscape as it was before.
