Thank you very much Uta for your great video and pictures. Even if Mati's nest looks deserted, it is a pleasure to see people come by every now and then. :loveshower:

MM back at 06:55, shifting some sticks, this looks quite like "playing nest" ... having no own nest yet, but already getting a feeling about how things are going on in the world of adult birds :D

05-15-18 Hi all!
SheMM was back and starts moving sticks. What for a beauty. She looks well feed.
After nest work she jumps on the cam, stay a while before she fly up.
Think great hope for next year,so she survive the migration.Behavior shows, she is now the resident female from this nest. :loveshower:

Good day! :hi: What's the good news. Thank you all for the updates! It seems that osprey MM reserved the nest. 2 unsuccessful seasons is too much for a good nest!
vainamoinen :hi: Thanks for the tip.

Gavril, I share your hopeful thoughts. It seems that the female appeals to the nest.

Bea has described it sweet.

Maybe there will be an interested male this season? Then we can wait for the 2019 season. :whistling:
(Until then, I will hypnotize this nest probably unsuccessful on the Cam and see everything - only no Ospreys. )

Too bad that the couples spend the migration together. (Which I do not understand.)
But these are human thoughts. It is probably only about reproduction in the animal world and partnerships that are only closed for this purpose.

 The osprey couples don't spend the migration together, the female ospreys are in Africa already when the males are still on the nest and feeding the osprets

Gavril, you do not know how proud I am right now. :rotf:

Many have always been so lucky ... not me. I will continue hypnotizing. Nothing is as nice as seeing something live. Let's not give up! :2thumbsup: :rotf:
