I still hope that the young storks that have wintered in Africa will send their new location, perhaps just they were out of GSM coverage . We'll see:

We have no new data from Polish black storks equipped with a transmitter today.

The last time the data was sent was by CNIG28 Turek - on April 26 from Morocco. It had the Atlas Mountains in front of it. Let's hope Turek sends its current location as soon as possible.

Morocco - Turek flew into Senegal on November 2, 2020. For the longest time, it remained in the area around the Lampsar River and the town of Ross Béthio in the rice fields. Then it stopped for a few days in The Gambia and then spent about one and half month months in the bauxite mine complex east of Sangarédi.
On April 18, it headed northeast.
It flew north and northeast. Its last location is in the Deroua town at noon - probably in flight.

You are welcome, Solo.

I'm also curious where Turk will spend this summer. In the autumn, on its way south, it did not stop anywhere for a long time. It was in a hurry. Its longest stay was in Spain, south of the town of Sevilla, in the fields and at watter reservoirs.

But I think Turek will fly all the way to Poland. Let's be surprised.
