Solo, I can't explain it at all. I watched the weather in Austria, the area where she stopped (April, 1st). The temperature at 8 a.m. was indeed only -4 degrees C, but it was not raining and it was almost windless. During the day it was around 6 degrees C. Maybe still waiting for warming....
