Soits 2 (10.02.) - Soits 2 is the first time * alone * without Soits 1.
It is located near the Al-Ala town

Al-Ala or El Alâa (Arabic العلا, DMG al-'Alā, local pronunciation: la Leh) is a town in the center of Tunisia. It belongs to the governorate Kairouan and has about 2700 inhabitants.

Migration map has turned next page - spring 2019.
Therefore there is not visible birds who did not send data since 15th of February. I'm sure some will appear if start migration and reach GSM network. For sure Common Crane named Soits2 will not appear, because was found dead in Tunisia before mid February.
