Owlets were still hiding in the right side larder when Lotte returned, they woke up but were disappointed that she came home with empty talons




She left again at 02:43

She stores it in the right side larder - no more room for the owlets to hide

Lotte came back home, but still started no feeding.
Owlets were hungry and frustrated, the little one bit everything it could get, a stone, Lotte´s toes, its sibling

Rosinchen, I was surprised last night too, where are the owlets?
Then I heard them. They had hidden on the right side in the larder, not visible for us. The mouse has visited them.They have spent the night there.

There was a super long feeding, started around 16:18 and ended at about 17:47
I made no video this time.

When the feeding ended Lotte placed the rabbit back to the hind larder

Lotte flew out after the feeding and a bird flew some circles over her while she was sitting on the tree trunk again

Lotte returns to the owlets

Lotte wanted to have dinner alone - without hissing and begging owlets around her
She took the rabbit and walked a bit out on the ledge with it and had her meal in peace




Especially the little owlet was outraged about this behaviour!
It even walked a bit out of the nest area, but did not yet dare to go so far out to reach Lotte and the rabbit - back home to its sibling

Lotte placed the rabbit a bit closer to the wall and left at 21:19
