For the whole season, and I don't know why, this cam has been on "stop-and-go mode" for me. It was the same today, and I only heard a few words of what they said.
But this event was a very good idea and very nice end for the season.

EDIT: Fleur, thank you for the video!!

pazi wrote: April 2nd, 2019, 12:17 pm My biggest question is where do all the tons of carrots come from? Do they grow (some of) them themselves
They mentioned Laheotsa, which appears to be a company that wholesales fruits and vegetables. They also mentioned a local farm where the carrots were stored before distribution.

Thank you, Trine! The local farm part threw me off thinking they might grow some of it themselves. Also missed the "Laheotsa" proper noun.
I wonder how much carrot they haul during the whole season.

Excellent work and an interesting camera. Many thanks! Looking forward to the beavercam.

Thank you to Tiit Hunt and your team for the great work to get the cam running in the woods as well as to the carrot and hay providers. :2thumbsup:
Omar mentioned that mice have chewed the cables hanging in the trees, wild boars on the ground. Once the ants decided to build quite an anthill in the camera with even larvas present. The badgers who had a castle about 500 meters from the feeding ground seem to have moved away, that's why they have not been seen this season.
Thank you to everyone for the pics and reports.
