Congratulations to our eagle parents! We have a second egg! It arrived at 6:27pm. It is difficult to see in the screenshot, due to the fact that our female eagle is sticking close to the eggs, but you can just make it out next to the first one!

I have read in chat that there were two intruders (ca.3-4 years old). I'm a bit worry- maybe also offsprings- hopefully not the same problems as in NEFL- nest... :bow:

Food is probably hard to find as the lake freezes over, so eating takes precedence over breeding. Hopefully they miss the first two rounds of breeding opportunities and lay in March to avoid the storms that have killed so many of their chicks over the years.
