Yeepp! Congrats to parents! :loveshower:
I watched her, she was very busy with preparing the nest bowl and arranging sticks. Then I thought: "You do it soon..."

The first egg rolls are done.

gretchen_AEF (Admin): The rewind feature has been disabled. Our streaming company, Pikel, believes the rewind could be a negative impact on the stream. A video is forthcoming. See you in chat!

gretchen_AEF (Admin): Historically if Juliet holds consistent to her egg-laying, she will lay NE21 (egg) Saturday afternoon. Interesting facts: NE20 was laid at 1:16pm, and last year NE18 (first egg) was laid at 1:18pm . . . talk about consistency!! Plus most of Juliet’s eggs laid were at 1pm (ish). Plus she laid her second egg 3 days after first one every year since we have had the advantage of these cams! What are you doing tomorrow afternoon? Timeline: https://nefleaglecam.org/aef-nefl-timeline.pdf

gretchen_AEF (Admin): Signs to look for when Juliet is in labor: She often starts off with a ps in the nest. Juliet will be somewhat hunched over somewhat supported by her wings. She may appear restless or rock a bit and quiver. She may vocalize (soft, slight chirps) and slightly open and close her mouth repeatedly. Her back feathers may rise, and her back spread out some. And she may be quick about it!

chat: Nov 17, 7:34 PM (later was that update) cyn_AEF (Admin): Juliet returns and takes over egg duty. She is busy aerating and rolling egg. She appears to be restless, which she displayed when the first egg was laid.

It was amazing, J and R know each other so very good over their partnership. Such a mutual trust.
