Today we drove to look for black stork nests. The first was a beautiful, diverse forest, with many potential nest trees for several large bird species, and most importantly, we found a total of 5 nests. One of them is an oak-black stork nest that has been inhabited for at least 7-8 years there. ..... Let's wait for spring.

Abdim's Stork...These dark spots on the legs can also be seen in our black storks!

The description says, gray legs
We have observed that our black storks have partially dark legs. That is probably normal. Has nothing to do with sunbeam or frost. I think the Abdim's stork is genetically close to the black stork. :shake:

yes, grey legs by Abdim's stork, but nothing about the "black/dark spots"
yes, it can be normal - our skin is after (healthy) sun-bad also more dark :mrgreen: or that is only age specific change :puzzled:
they are very much photos BS, you see that spots on more? (now I can't remember)
