Solo , I don't think it's comparable. I think the environment has changed. She was also at the nest for a long time. No 3rd egg means that there is not enough food to produce another egg. she looks thin.

It won't get any better. The cold and rain will remain for a long time. This is not good. The cold comes from the north. It's 30 degrees in Moscow! Crazy! In Northern Europe it is 5 -8 degrees at night! Around 10 -13 degrees during the day. This is also fatal for the lesser spotted eagles! Too many bad factors at once.
