It could be some black stork flying by, not the inhabitant of this nest.

Hello, Liz :hi:

Ja, he is adjusting the camera :D

Yes it is better. And we still can see the upper branch

So that signifies, that they will leave the nest like it is. :puzzled:

Well, they have removed the big branch on Sunday. The nest is stable. No reason to build a new platform.

Here is a good video of Latvijas Dabas fonds. :2thumbsup:
It shows how the branch is removed

EDIT: here is an article
http://dabasdati.lv/lv/article/darbi-pi ... zdas/2017/

EDIT: 11.03.2017 have to take the pictures away. They contain information, which should not be here. :slap:

If I correctly understand it can be, that the storks the nest want anymore. The comfortable parent's branch is missing.
We have to wait and see what happens....

:puzzled:

Sova, the tree and the nest are safe. They've checked it. For this season all is good . But it can be, that Storks do not stay here, because the nest is no longer the same as it once was. Branches are missing. No idea how the small storks should learn in this nest .... :puzzled:
