17:16 Oh Dear, the nest full of worms and the next delivery by Gaja.
They can not beg anymore. The whole neck is full up to the upper edge
The food has ben regurgitate into the nest. They did not eat.
They are sitting on the food. One of them popped on it
I'm glad that they are not frogs. They would jump through the nest
Gaja
too much food

Good evening,
thank you so much, Liz, for all the reports, videos and cute pictures from our storklets.
It's wonderful, that the parents are so exceptionally busy and successful with food deliveries.
I'm very happy that at this nest was never a critical situation relating to food, which could have threaten the life of the smallest storklet. We all are really lucky to watch a nest with such good conditions.

Thanks a lot, Solo, for the interesting rescue-video, the pictures of the poor little and todays update!Solo wrote: ↑June 17th, 2018, 7:38 am the little WS from Vavrišovo after arrival to RS https://s22.postimg.cc/c4g4r1k29/after_arrival.jpg and yesterday evening https://s22.postimg.cc/lozrdxwjl/today.jpg
I'm very thankful that the people in rescue station take so much care for the storklet. The last picture looks promising, and I hope, the storklet will recover completely.

Just I switched in here, it's absolutely also my opinion. It's really great to see all four storklets doing so well. Great parents.Michi wrote: ↑June 17th, 2018, 8:50 pm Good evening,

20:39 What a big crop the storklet in the middle has!
I think, it's the smallest one, isn't it?
20:41 And it's quite dirty! Poor little one! I can imagine the storklets don't like being that dirty. But they have to live with it.

The storklets hardly move. I guess, they all are still in a kind of food coma.
20:55 Yawning and two or three times wing flapping is all they do.
21:05 They are sitting calm and digest their opulent meals.

21:40 Oh dear! A long worm is hanging on the neck of the biggest storklet!
Its not only on one side of the neck; the worm is long and hanging down also on the other side of the neck.

21:44 I had hoped, that an other storklet has interest to take the worm. And so it was. Here the first storklet is "at work".
It turned out they were two worms. Each storklet on the right side has grabbed one. But they didn't eat them. They are still full.

21:46 They are so full; even for a PS this storklet didn't move to the nest edge. It just stood up.
If I saw it right, it has hit the worms under its bottom with the PS.
22:30 Cute! I hope, all are well and have not eaten too much.

This was an unusual evening. I've never seen the storklets so calm and almost motionless. The amount of food they have eaten, must have been enormous.
22:50
22:59 Only at this late hour two of them preened themselves a little bit.
23:39
About 20 minutes later all storklets laid down and seemed to sleep a little.
Good night!
