Anna's head looked like Perle's did a few days back

Perle spent much of the late afternoon. earöly evening standing on the LHS of the nest, partially obscured but above the thick branch below the nest. Contemplating ...

Around 20:16, she slept awhile in a fully adult posture - crouching, but upright, head on back.

21:19:53 Anna flew in - unlike last night she had her piece of greenery.

Together time - preening, Perle at Anna's feet, not quite the grown-up bird she seemed to be for much of today.

Sleep time at 22:08, or so.

Big change in Perle's sleeping a few days since - she seldom lies down to nap.

Branching tomorrow perhaps?

LAzy afternoon for Perle. Lunge exercises and flap jumping interspersing long intervals of contemplation and drowsing whilst upright.

21:56 with Perle still alone and already looking sleep-ready, Andris arrives with a bed-time mouse snack. Andris left soon after.

Perle stands alone in the gathering gloom.

Will Anna arrive after all?
