good morning!

3:45 egg roll in the dark.


4:26 a female tawny owl called very near the nest for 4 and half minutes. she was sitting somewhere near. there was no sound of her arriving or leaving.
she was singing a serenade to Mr C. i wonder what Mr C thought of this visit.


4:57 rustling... maybe an egg roll. in the end the sound of rubbing down on the nest.

5:17 Milda called in the forest. Mr C replied.


5:29 Mr C called. not loud-
5:33 more, fairly soft talk.
5:36 more.
5:37 more.
5:38 again.
5:39 he got up and talked more.
5:40 he flew out.

5:42 an eagle flew by from left to right.

Chips flew around the nest twice: 5:42:26 and again 5:42:42. In between wingbeat could be heard "behind the camera".

actually Milda got up at 8:16.
she rolled the eggs profoundly. then she seemed to listen to them... i could not hear anything.
then she lay down but then got up again. the position wasn't right yet.

after that a chiffchaff was singing very near the microphone.
