i took some snapshots of the change at 12:27 when Lubana took off.

she returned almost at once. i don't know why she came back. maybe Sartas wasn't quick enough.

So I wasn't wrong, when I first thought that Lubana returns in less than a minute.
I had a snapshot from a return at about 12:27:53, but then deleted it, and later wasn't sure anymore. :slap:
Good, that we have your video, ame. :rolleyes:

There is still a very strong wind at nest, sometimes it sounds like a storm. :shock: And it's raining heavily.
I fear for the eagles and especially for the little one. :unsure: I can't imagine that a bird in this weather can sleep, - must be impossible.

Right now there are sounds of geese, who fly by (is this possible?) or are staying in the near.

Come well through the night, Lubana or Sartas and Little one. :2thumbsup:

Edit:
02:25 Weather is unchanged bad. Storm and rain.

@Michi :hi:

It may also occasionally be breeding failures caused by hail and heavy rain.
Which animal disorders are there that can lead to breeding failure? I could watch several times in Hamburg, such as the pair of eagles during the breeding season by Nile geese, greylag geese, buzzard, hawk, crow, sparrow hawks and starlings were massively disrupted. Some of you ask: How can geese and especially Stare disturb the eagles? The various species of geese often fly around the eagle nest to provoke the eagle so that he leaves the nest. Because then the crows have free access to the sea eagle eggs and destroy them then. The crows always keep guard at the Eagle Horst every opportunity to perceive the eggs of the eagle to destroy. Now I will show you first, some pictures where you can see how the geese flying around the eagle's nest.

I hope the translation is good enough?

EDIT: cam works again :thumbs:
