both came home.

did someone call outside the nest? :puzzled:

yes, again: some other eagle called outside. both listened to the voice. they don't look worried.

Vents is making a lot of noise out there. he is perhaps cutting a twig out of the right branch.


the singing sounded a bit strange before they came. maybe they were calling at the stranger?

9:32 this time the stranger called for a longer time and it sounded almost like crying. poor girl indeed. she has no business coming to the nest while Shilute is there. :slap: (i guess that Shilute was there still)

no other owl seems to fit but it is strange for a tawny owl, too.
