here are some clips of the strange male's first visit.
10:20 the female jumped to the branch and pooped, overboard this time.

10:21 the strange male came. the female began to call when she saw that he was coming.
the sound in my recording was misplaced for some reason. :puzzled:
he did some nest work. he found the denture which was half-buried under sticks and lifted it up. 8-)

10:22 onward several clips where at least a little of his tail can be seen.

10:40 the female flew out and the male after her. misplaced sound. :slap:

10:58 on the second visit they came together. the female called a little. (the sound is still misplaced. maybe the break in transmission mixed it wrong. i've rebooted the P-player now but there have no sounds which could indicate if it's ok now or not.)
the female went to the top branch.

10:12 the female flew away to the right.

11:14 the male flew away to the back by the right side of the pond.

12:19 the eagle stayed on the branch all the time. the tail looked much 'cleaner' than on the eagle on previous visits.

edit: i made some pictures from early morning where the strange male's tail can be seen from below
but i can't post them. the stupid Bucket will not make an album for me today. :bash:
there are some black stripes on the underside of the male's tail. so the latest eagle was probably the 'right' male (although it didn't say anything to show that it was a male).

good morning!
the mating was probably only an attempt. this time the female seemed to keep her tail so down that the male slid down her back.
i'm not sure if he managed to put his tail under hers before that.

edit: i think that she is simply too young. she does not know what that exercise is for. 8-)

5:44 mega2 heard eagles sing a long song in the forest. the camera had started only 4 min earlier.

7:05 the eagles flew out, male first then the female.

16:02 a tree creeper peeked inside the camera.

thanks Liz for the clips! :2thumbsup:
(the title of the 11:27 video needs one more 1 i think)

i made some more.
11:40 the female with great tits entertaining her. :D

11:47 she flew out. (she didn't say anything i think so i'm only guessing that it was a female.)
