i made some videos from the afternoon first.
Mika has had a worrying interest of the underlying world on the left side of the nest. she has sat on the left edge many times looking down.
14:42, 14:51, and 14:59.


15:31 both eaglets were looking down.
15:34 Riks pooped and then stood for a while. Mika came away from the left edge.

Mika started to nibble on the fish herself but the n Milda started to feed them. unfortunately she settled in front of the kids so one can't see much. Riks ate first ... but i think that also Mika got a fair share.

a Finnish proverb says "rakkaus lentää ulos ikkunasta kun köyhyys astuu sisään ovesta", meaning that love flies out of the window when poverty (= hunger) enters the door. this describes rather well how things happen here.
