4:05 Milda is sleeping on the left nest edge. she wakes up
4:16 she is doing eagle yoga
4:20 back to sleep
4:49 she wakes up again , is preening herself and stretching the right wing

5:07 Milda is calling outside

I think that is true love, or the foot of Raimis smells of fish

05:04 she called far in the forest the first time. then it sounded like she came closer and she called there countless times. i took only few samples here till 5:22.

5:29 Mika pooped. the chicks also made a beak measurement.
Milda called in the forest.

6:09 Milda brought the green twig. then she went to the top branch.

the chicks woke up at her arrival and they were active for a while. both got up and mostly preened. Mika sneezed.
Mika got up and then just walked many steps without going to toilet.

7:00 a wood pigeon flew near the nest. the chicks looked at it in amazement.


ps. i made these two videos (this and the 6:11-video) of the everyday life of the chicks, thinking of a friend of mine. if one has seen my videos so far one might thing that all they do is eat, poop and hit one another. i wanted to show their 'normal' life, too.
my friend is working with ringing the eagles, taking photographs of them, and he sees in that job quite another view of the eagle life.
