Mika crawled under Milda to seek shelter. that's good, they were dangerously close to the rim.

I always compare Mika with Vilnis and then know that he did survive.
Today Riks persecutes all Mika's movements !

13:43 Riks got enough of Mika eating herself and punished her.




Milda is standing on the rim of the nest. she is so cool. she doesn't seem to pay any attention on the kids. ... but she looks at them every now and then.

13:59 Milda decided to finish and covered the chicks. Riks beat Mika many times, much more times than i wrote here. he does it so often that no-one can report all his blows.


Mika is still cheeping and asking for food. they had better wait till Riks sleeps properly...

14:24 Riks hit Mika again after Mika had accidentally pushed him.



14:25 Milda took up the pike and moved to stand in front of the chicks. she didn't begin to feed though.

then she took up the fish and began to cut it. Riks got up and hit Mika. i can't believe my eyes: the crop of Riks has already sunk. it's not flat but it's not a ball any more.

Raimis brought a fish!
