It does not get really dark.
1:24 AM I see a star on the right side. It appears 1:05 AM

3:52 eaglets are laying side by side
4:22 one is calling for fish

4:22 Rika stands up is stretching herself and is doing a ps.
4:33 Mika stands up - small ps to the right
Both are then laying in the nest next to each other until Milda comes with the fish.

5:13 Early morning fish delivery by Milda
Rika grabbed the fish and was mantling. Milda immediately flew to the left branch.






5:14 Milda flew to the left

6:01 the half fish is still in the nest. They are not that hungry anymore as a few days ago They slowly reach their flight wight.
I'm not sure.. but for me it looks like that.

7:22 huge fishie by Raimis he has wet trousers.


7:24 is feeding Rika or Mika
7:25 a bit for the eaglet on the right...and another bit. Raimis is feeding both
7:26 someone flew over the nest. All three are looking upstairs

Now I saw the tail. Rika hits Mika. The fish is big enough for both!

I wanted to write today about Mike`s progress and now you are asking this...

Mike is much smaller and lighter and is very fast in his movements, perhaps because he was training much in early age when he was sneaking to get food.
He was first to sleep adult style, lying with head under wing, he did it already last weekend for about 30 min and later on other short occasions.
He is making good jumps.
My only worries now are that he is not getting enough food
After what we learned last week when 3 very big and well fed eaglets fell down in US nests and had medical tests, I understood that it's not only what we see. They still need more food and time to build flight feathers.
Mike looks very small. For few days they looked very similar, but since yesterday it's not so. I hope he'll continue his progress very soon he will be able to hold his neck up when Sis is attacking

I hope to have more time to watch them, after the guests we have will fly home. I love to recieve them but not when eaglets need my attention
