Urmas: That ringed eagle A479 is born in 2008, so fourth winter at the moment.
Renno: Today´s bird with white-red ring no A479 (..79 was clearly seen) was ringed in 2008 in Vormsi island, about 30 km SW from the feeding ground.

renno wrote: Well done! This new bird is born in 2007 somewhere in central Finland (lake districts). We will send the info to Finnish Ringing Centre.

Today there are at least 10 different birds so far based on the ages, including three ringed Estonian and one Finnish bird. Estonians we have seen before:
1. 1W nr D583 (born in Lahemaa National Park 2011)
2. 4W nr A479 (born on Vormsi island 2008)
3. 4W nr A482 (born in western Hiuumaa 2008)

Y299 gave me more information on the Finnish colour codes. on the bottom of the left column they are for different areas the following (from top to bottom):

all red: Quarken (the "Throat" of the Gulf of Bothnia)
white & red: archipelago of Turku (SW Finland)
red & black: Åland islands
red & white: inland (or freshwater or Lakedistrict)
white & black: Lapland

i've edited 0Hansen's original picture so that the names of the areas are there.

EDIT: now that 0Hansen has edited and added more year codes in the picture above i think i can take my picture out and just leave the link.
