for a short moment i was thrilled to see that one of them had a ring but they both have... how shall we get to know them? :puzzled:

Here are two beautiful birds...but without names. I think that they need Estonian names. What you think if they will be:
female: Piret
male: Madis

Those names means nothing...those are old Estonian names...

The female osprey has darker breast feathers =Piret
Male lighter colour feathers on breast =Madis

Bird in the rear of Gaby's photo is the female. :whistling:
The female is also the one who is argueing. :mrgreen: The male,if he want to win her favours,has to feed her now. The ospreys feed on fish,brought directly from the water.She will shout at him to bring the fish. :rolleyes:
