NEST OBSERVATIONS ESTLAT Osprey Nest 1 Madis & Piret ~ 2012

There is a nest in Finland, Nauvo, near Turku. It is build on a telecommunicationsmast, 86m over the sea, with nice sight over fishingwaters.

We have sometimes commented on that nest - and others in Finland.

and a special thank to maertha for reporting the fishes brought to nest - until then I was afraid that no fish was brought to nest since very early morning which seemed to be a long time without proper meals for the chicks and Piret

Good morning - loved the deliberate way Nori manoeuvred to get the perfect hit.

Some beautiful pics of the nest even with the foggy bit of screen.
Madis can bring fish to the nest a lot later than here in UK - that has to be a bonus for these families.
