Thank You Lussi,
How happy I would be to see other sunsets from members all over the
world ...but nobody seems to make pictures of interesting things we
can see in our surroundings, please try to see them and make a pic to
post here.....
Why not? or other pics from the country where you live, please!

Beautiful! We had a sunset today, but not very spectacular. Weather is going to be nice tomorrow too.

And now it is rather cold (8 *) and a cold and strong wind is blowing!

On the last Sunday in October I drove to Het Venne, in de surroundings of Varsseveld, in the Netherlands.
On a very bad and wet car track with beautiful birches I saw a
rather big bird sitting on a small pole of a fencing.
What a pity that I don't have a car with a front window that you
can open...
I had to try to make pictures through the window...getting out would absolutely chase away the bird. It seemed to be a young
buzzard.

Part 2.
Could the bird see his reflection in the water?
He seemed to enjoy it...
After a while he crossed the bad sand track and
landed on a - now empty - maize field.
I drove on very slowly and passed him, after
that the bird flew back to his first position on
the tiny pole.
The track was too muddy to turn the car and
drive back, I was afraid to get stuck in the mud
and there was nobody who could have helped me free me from that place...
And all this happened between 16.41 end 16.47
Dutch time.

A great experience ergee, to see one of these birds so near. It seemed very calm, even if your car was close.
Great pictures, despite the car window - thank you for sharing them with us
NB: Earlier this autumn a Common Buzzards (quite older than yours) was sitting in a field where I live, and I chased it away only by slowing down my car.
