I think it does not necessary mean it is ill or weak. Little birds and ravens tease or even attach birds of prey more often then it seems. I think it is spring again, which makes birds to be more willing to attack predator since they want safe nesting place.sunnygirl wrote: Yes, his behaviour is strange.
(The other day I watched for about half an hour two blackbirds seriously chasing kestrel. They were attacking it and they meant it very seriously - although they could not have had eggs yet. Just did not want bird of prey in their teritory)
