my pc suddenly has become so sticky again. processing videos is almost too much for it. :bash:

the intruder looked like an 1-year-old WTE, i.e. it probaby was born last year.

The intruder: can it be after the chicks? I mean do WTEs eat others' chicks?

15:47 - 15:54 Lubana fed babies, or actually she fed mostly only the older. the younger doesn't even need food today. it is doing fine with the egg yoke which it has in its tummy now.

I agree with Michi, that Lubana gave a couple of bits also to the smaller one

Edit: after having seen your video - maybe you are right, she fed only the bigger one ...

I'm amazed time and again how careful those huge and fierce birds are with their young. Those tiny little bobbleheads are hardly the size of their beak ... :loveshower:

Yes Ame, Sartas brought it. But I don't know, what it is. Lubana politely said thank you, but she didn't take it up to now.

Also Lubana seems to wonder what that food can be - she keeps on drawing something out of the lump, maybe a vein or something like that - but she doesn't taste it, only plays with it

it does look like a very big bird's foot (even the size of an eagle!? ) and something that has been inside a bird...? :puzzled:
maybe Sartas found remains of some dead bird?
Lubana tried it again: spagetti?
