the camera is working again!
thank you who-ever made it working!
Robert is standing in the nest with his clean tail and Durbe with her still somewhat dirty face is perching on the balcony.

18:11 Both left. First Durbe, Robert immediately after her.
No mating sounds after they had left the nest.

the last Pontu picture was taken at 18:39 so probably then also the live camera stopped working.
at 18:11 both eagles were still at the nest. then both were gone.
it looks like Durbe still on the branch and Robert lying in the nest.
edit: here's the Pontu clip of their departure from the nest. after they had gone there are some eagle's calls from the forest. i'm not sure though whether it was a mating. i don't think so.
interesting: they came at the first light in the morning, and they also stayed there till it became dark.

a black woodpecker is calling in the forest but i don't think Durbe is listening to that... the camera has started at 9:33 and the first Pontu picture is from 9:32. the nest was empty then. but in the next picture there is someone but it's not Durbe!
and the country ring is blue over black.
i thought the eyes of this eagle looked darker than Durbe's.
now the stranger left.

Good morning!
The camera was off for some unknown reason, when I switched it on, there was a stranger standing in the nest.. This bird was of Latvian origin (on right leg blue over black), ame, could you find in archive some images where left leg ring can be seen?

Year of origin is 2011 (red over black), in that year 33 birds were ringed in Latvia with coloured rings.
