19:57 - Mai made a quick-start and there are warning calls around - and corvids kaa-ing

20:11 - Mai is still nearby, calling from time to time, but she has not yet returned to the eggs. Still corvids-calling in vicinity

It seems as if corvids are harassed by someone, not as if they were attackers

20:18 - the eggs are still alone on the nest. Osprey alarm calls in the distance. The corvids are likely crows, and there's at least 1 raven too out there. Corvids sound alarmed too. I wonder who or what is causing all the fuzz.

20:20 - osprey lands on cam support, calling halfway between alarm calls and food calling. :puzzled:

20:20 - Mai (?) landing on the cam stand with a *dong* - still calling alarm

20:24 - Mai jumps down to the nest from cam support, but she looks still alert and upset

22. May

11:23
Mai is calling for fish since quite a while now, but Mikk came in without fish, offered to take over incubation. Mai did not agree. Mikk took off. For fish, I thought.

11:25
Mikk returns, with a piece of bark in his talons, once more offering to take over incubation, but Mai told him very clearly that she was not pleased with this substitute for fish and Mikk left the nest once more .....
