13:01 more eagle's calls, much closer this time. it sounded like it flew by.

13:02 two eagles sang near but out of sight.

Abigyl, were the closer calls after the calls which i found?
edit: i found some more calls at 19:29 but those were not close to the nest either.

Batman and Robin were here again.
Robin came first ... and chased one raven out.

then came Batman. Robin picked up some sticks...

then they just left after making a lot of noise.

edit: i have made pictures for comparing Hannah, Hannah and Hannah, the three giant eagles that have been seen here:

is it only one Hannah, or do we have Hannah and Daryl and/or someone else? :whistling:

17:10 some eagle voices, warning calls? :puzzled:
twice a kra-kra-ka. the first call sounded almost like a blackbird warning but i suppose it came from far. it's about 10 s from the beginning of the video. the second voice was rather clear.

then a big light-grey bird flew from the right to the left and over the pond. it flew right behind the poop branch and other branches so that i couldn't get a decent picture of it. :slap:
it could have been an eagle.

It’s so nice to be back this year watching the WtE nest. Let's have a nice time together :gathering:
Many thanks to all those who are commenting what's happening with Juras-erglis in 2016, and I just name ame and Liz but I mean all of you

Hi, Aiglon :hi: :gathering:

this nest will probably remain empty?
But here broods a pair. It is the Estonian Nest. A beautiful nest and a really nice pair of eagles :loveshower:

It's sad to see them pulling apart the nest which was built with "Happiness, Sweat and Tears"...

I know... you'll say : "it's the way of nature" But, it's still sad to think about the bad luck of this beautiful nest. I'm sure it's hard for Janis&friends after all their efforts.
Hope we'll see better days here.

Thanks for the welcome, Liz. I spotted the Estonian nest earlier today and will be there too. Nevertheless there are eagle-visitors to the Latvian nest and I'll just have a recurrent look at it.
For today :book: and :offtobed:
