oh!? i only heard the last call and came to see what was going on... i'll make a clip.
two clips. i missed the female's visit at 8:37 totally.
i didn't see anyone else there. :puzzled:
if there was another eagle it was possibly the male. anyway she didn't didn't look alarmed.

8:40 the male and female came together and called loud. i was near enough to heard this. 8-)

oh, now i see that you meant that the eagle on the nest was a stranger?? i thought i saw the female. it had a female's voice. the light is terrible.
i had another look. i think it was our spotty female. it has some dark on her beak.

9:30 the female suddenly flew away. the male followed.

Good Morning!

Yes! light is terrible since very early.

Liz, thanks for bringing back memories of dear Durberts; If we were able to follow his first day out of the nest like they did with E9 , I'm sure it could be an Oscar winner

I think they brought the "Dental Prosthesis" to chase away intruders

It looks so horrible, worst than the backbone of the stork on the American nest

9:58 the eagles came back with a lot of calling. the female landed on the nest and the male stayed on the branch. both looked in the sky...

10:00 a call of a third eagle from the forest. a female voice i think.
