(March 5 continued:)
BigLeft continued the encirclement of the nest and RoundWing continued his efforts to chase him away. sometimes BigLeft flew over the nest and often it landed on the top of the tree. on one such occasion he tried to drop bombs on RoundWing and CapitalH. this bomb was the usual white matter used for shots.
Image

this bomb was something else, a cone or perhaps a spruce twig.

14:20:53 after some more twists and turns the third eagle (BigLeft) flew away from the top but he did not leave the area before 14:51 when he followed RoundWing to the direction of the pond.
14:57:39 CapitalH out.

(March 5 continued:)

15:32:42 CapitalH came in and a second later RoundWing. both were calling.
15:37:11 an eagle flew by the nest on the right side and curved from the right towards the pond. another big bird followed it. the first bird was probably BigLeft. the other bird was gliding and fluttering high and far in the sky like the (first) eagle. to me the second bird looked like an eagle, too.

the (first) eagle is in the red circle and the second (bird) is in the black circle on the right.
Image

RoundWing and CapitalH watched them fly away and began to do nest work before the birds had even flown out of sight.

15:44 RoundWing out. 15:55 RoundWing in. CapitalH stayed on the nest during this trip.
15:55:42 RoundWing out. 15:55:53 CapitalH out.

after this last episode no other eagles than RoundWing and CapitalH were seen on the nest on March 5th. they made a few more visits on the nest:
16:52 - 17:02
17:15 - 17:29
17:38 - 18:17. on this last episode RoundWing was out 17:43 - 17:47, but otherwise they flew together, coming and leaving at the same time within only seconds apart.

6:39:24 a white-tailed eagle and 4 s later a spotty-bottomed eagle came in. it was dark still so at that point it was impossible to who they were but quite obviously they were friends.
6:42 the white-tailed got up to the branch and it was possible to see that it was RoundWing. the other was CapitalH.
Image

6:50 a mating (possibly unsuccessful).
7:01:16 RoundWing out and 4 s later CapitalH out.

7:50:13 CapitalH came in with some food. she ate it and left at 7:53:24.

8:21:24 RoundWing in. 8:28:33 RoundWing out.

8:57:42 CapitalH in. 8:57:52 RoundWing in.
9:07 a mating attempt.

6:39:21 RoundWing in and 3 s later a spotty-bottomed eagle with hanging right wing in. the wing was apparently injured but not too much to prevent the eagle from flying.
6:42:51 the spotty-bottomed eagle got up to the branch and it could be seen that it was CapitalH.
6:52:11 RoundWing out and 11 s later CapitalH out.

10:58:32 RoundWing in.
11:24:11 CapitalH in. she was still hanging her wing. besides that one of the feathers on the right side of her tail was curved so that the tip of the feather was in the middle of the tail.
she also kept her right eye closed for long periods of time so it was probably injured, too. she had apparently been a physical conflict with someone (another female probably) after she left the nest at 11:30 on the previous day.
Image

11:25 a mating attempt.
12:04:51 RoundWing out and 5 s later CapitalH out.

14:47:04 CapitalH in.
15:28:35 a male to the left branch.
15:36 a mating attempt. the male showed its tail: it was RoundWing.
16:08:27 RoundWing out and 7 s later CapitalH out.

11:09:39 RoundWing in and 2 s later CapitalH in. she was still hanging her right wing but the tail feathers were (almost) straight again.
Image

11:43 a mating attempt which was perhaps even successful.
then they spent time on the nest and branches. CapitalH pulled RoundWing's feathers and sometimes they sang together.
12:56:35 RoundWing out and 13 s later CapitalH out.

14:43:41 RoundWing in and 4 s later CapitalH in.
14:52:20 RoundWing out and 12 s later CapitalH out.

15:03:15 an eagle flew to the top of the nest tree. the wings made a flapping sound. it was probably CapitalH. her wings had made a flapping sound earlier.
Image

15:03:50 the eagle flew away from the tree.
Image

18:22:57 RoundWing in and 10 s later CapitalH in flapping her injured wing.
18:26:50 RoundWing out. 18:28:49 CapitalH out.

the camera was working all night.
6:21 the sounds of preening and rustling of feathers were heard right next to the camera but no-one could be seen.
6:30:18 someone kaakaa'ed next to the camera and 6:30:22 RoundWing landed on the nest. 14 s CapitalH flew (or jumped) to the nest.
6:31 mating attempt.
6:38:03 RoundWing out and 3 s later CapitalH out.

8:42:53 RoundWing in and a second later CapitalH in. she was still hanging her injured wing.
9:05:17 RoundWing out and 14 s later CapitalH out.

at this exit the tail of CapitalH looked a lot like Munch's tail! i went back to my pictures and studied them again. already earlier i had written in two different places of my notes that CapitalH was WhiteBreast and that Munch was WhiteBreast. i realized that
CapitalH and Munch and WhiteBreast too were one and the same bird.
"seeing" three or even four different birds had been confusing but i could not see the obvious solution to this problem then.
the realization that all these birds were only one bird simplified the complicated situation like a sudden illumination. CapitalH arrived in the evening on March 4 and kicked out Anchor (the original Erna). she then became friends with RoundWing (Raimis) either already in that evening or in the next morning. RoundWing changed girlfriend only once from Anchor to CapitalH. then CapitalH stood by RoundWing's side all the day March 5 when he was struggling with the strange male (BigLEft). RoundWing won this struggle of the nest (and probably the female as well).

17:00:22 CapitalH came in bringing some food.
17:01:36 RoundWing came and tried to steel CapitalH's food. she didn't give it to him.
17:05:09 Roundwing flew away. CapitalH ate the food and left at 18:14:33.

CapitalH is the present female. she is still hanging her wing a little. i am not sure about the male but it is possible that he is still RoundWing or Raimis as he was originally called by DD people.
i have also edited my previous posts about the events on March 4th and 5th and replaced Munch's name with CapitalH. i think that this (working) name is more easily associated to this bird.
(first i called Munch the Ghost. now this name seems like an omen because the whole bird vanished like a ghost. :D )

6:35:57 RoundWing in and 26 s later CapitalH.
6:39 a mating attempt.
7:53:04 RoundWing out and 30 s later CapitalH out.

10:45:09 an eagle flew to the top of the tree. wings made a flappind sound so i guess it was CapitalH.
10:49:01 an eagle flew away from the top.

11:03:24 RoundWing in and 6 s later CapitalH in.
11:26 a mating attempt.
11:32:44 RoundWing out and 6 s later CapitalH out.

12:03:03 CapitalH in and 2 s later RoundWing in to the top branch.
12:04:52 RoundWing out (he didn't show his tail properly).
12:20:19 CapitalH out.

17:57:53 RoundWing in. 17:49:15 RoundWing out.

18:11:38 CapitalH in. 18:12:59 RoundWing in.

voices of a third eagle were heard several times from the forest during the morning.

12:10:22 RoundWing in. at the same time a flapping sound of wings came near and a female's voice was heard quite near.
12:28:00 RoundWing out and a second later an eagle left the tree top. both flew away together. the second eagle was probably CapitalH who had been on the tree top while RoundWing was on the nest.

7:12:45 CapitalH in. 7:17:28 CapitalH out.

7:22:56 a white-tailed eagle to the top branch. 8:13:04 it came down to the nest.
8:13:21 CapitalH tothe top branch, 5 s later down to the nest.
8:15 a mating attempt. then nest work.
the tail spots on the male's tail looked different than usually. there seemed to be two separate spots with the left spot being much bigger than the right spot.
Image

9:00:20 CapitalH out. 9:02 the male got up to the branch. now the spot pattern looked more familiar.
Image

9:57:03 the male returned to the nest and 14 s later CapitalH flew in.
10:01:41 CapitalH out and 12 s later the male out.

11:27:03 the male brought a jaw bone. 13 s later CapitalH flew in. she got the bone.
in this picture the male's long wing feathers look similar to the wing feathers on RoundWing. i suppose that his tail feathers were disorganized earlier in the morning so that his tail spots looked different than normally.
Image

11:41:31 RoundWing out and 3 s later CapitalH out.

March 14
the camera slept all day and started at 18:25. the jaw bone was in a new place. eagles were only heard singing in the forest in the evening.

8:37:30 a spotty-bottomed eagle in. 8:39:35 it left. it was difficult to see whether it was "our female" or not.

8:40:42 RoundWing and CapitalH together. CapitalH was hanging her wing.
9:30:02 CapitalH out and 8 s later RoundWing out.

9:58:45 RoundWing in and 2 s later CapitalH in.
10:00 third eagle called in the forest. it sounded like a female.
10:46 third eagle called in the forest. it sounded like a female.
11:14:30 CapitalH out. RoundWing stayed.
11:36:53 CapitalH in.
11:43 third eagle called in the forest. it sounded like a female.
11:55:30 CapitalH out and 14 s later RoundWing out.
the male didn't show its marks well and the light was bad, but it was probably RoundWing because it was friends with CapitalH.

12:10:23 CapitalH in. 12:13:06 CapitalH out.

12:14:26 RoundWing in and a second later CapitalH in.
12:14:47 an unringed eagle with B&W tail attacked. it was probably the same eagle as called earlier in the forest and probably a female as CapitalH (on the right) reacted to the attacker who flew down and flashed on the front right corner. - in a picture taken at 14:14:48 there seems to be something in the sky above the left branches. it was in only one frame in the video. it was probably some trash flying in the air from the nest.
Image

12:18:37 a new attack. CapitalH (on the right) seemed to be the target and she reacted to the attacker. the attacker had a B&W tail. CapitalH fell out of the nest from the back side (i think) as well as the attacker (on the front right).
Image

12:19:08 CapitalH returned. RoundWing had stayed on the nest.

(March 15 continued:)
12:30:26 third attack. this time CapitalH was flushed out and the strange female climbed up to the nest. RoundWing stood on the far edge of the nest uninfluenced by the event.
Image

the strange female had two or three fairly large heart-shaped black spots on its tail (depending on how wide the tail was). therefore i called her 3ofHearts. there were practically no vertical stripes on the edges like CapitalH and also much less black altogether than CapitalH. the tips of the tail feathers had a narrow line of black on them.
Image

the strange female's tail marks resembled a little the marks of an eagle who visited the nest on March 3, the tufted eagle DoubleW. in the picture below is DoubleW's tail. it seemed to have a vertical black stripe on the right side of the tail, but it may be hidden among other feathers in the above picture. i think that the strange female on March 15 may be DoubleW but it is not certain at all.

(March15 continued:)
12:30:51 the strange female flew out.
12:31:06 CapitalH in.
12:31:21 fourth attack which was more like a close fly-by. CapitalH reacted, RoundWing just stood and watched.
Image

12:46:14 fifth attack. this time CapitalH jumped on her backside to lift her claws against the attacker and she fell out of the nest with her back first. the attacker swooped through the nest.
Image

12:46:33 CapitalH returned to the nest. RoundWing had stayed there. they began to do some nest work and also kissed a little.

(March15 continued:)
12:57:23 attack in which CapitalH was swept out of the nest. apparently both the attacker and CapitalH fell down together because sounds of a falling object could be heard. then sounds of struggling and beating could be heard from under the nest for a few minutes. RoundWing stood on the back side of the nest and looked down.
Image

13:01 CapitalH in. the eagles kissed a little.
13:03:58 both eagles flew out in a strong gust of wind.

13:06:21 a B&W-tailed eagle landed on the nest.
13:07:48 another eagle approached and the eagle took off.

13:07:59 CapitalH landed. so the first eagle had been the strange female.

17:43:30 CapitalH in.

18:40:49 CapitalH out and 3 s later RoundWing out.

6:26:51 RoundWing in and 2 s later CapitalH in.
6:27 a mating attempt.
6:31:34 CapitalH out. 6:34:19 RoundWing out.

8:23:19 CapitalH in.
9:37:06 RoundWing in with something red, apparently food as CapitalH demanded to have it.
9:37:09 RoundWing out with his food and a second later CapitalH flew after him.
9:44:03 RoundWing in with his food and 9s later he flew out with it.
9:44:28 CapitalH in crying loud. 9:49:52 CapitalH out.
9:54:56 RoundWing in with no food. 10:13:20 RoundWing out.
apparently Roundwing is also not mature enough for taking care of a family: he has the urge to bring food to the nest but he still has not perceived the idea that he should give it away.

11:45:28 RoundWing in and 5 s later CapitalH in.
12:28:55 CapitalH out and 2 s later RoundWing out.

12:37:24 CapitalH in and a second later RoundWing in. both called probably at the hooded crow who was at the nest for a few minutes right before the eagles came.
12:41:45 CapitalH out and 6 s later RoundWing out.

13:25:09 RoundWing in and a second later CapitalH in. both called a lot already before their arrival and also after that. in between calling they looked up in the sky. after a while they relaxed.
13:54:31 RoundWing out and 4 s later CapitalH out.

15:25:00 RoundWing brought a pike and ate it. after that he looked up in the sky for some time and called a few times.
15:59:10 RoundWing out.

18:09:55 CapitalH in and 12 s later RoundWing in. they made some nest work.
18:14:40 CapitalH out.

6:36:35 CapitalH in.
6:48:27 RoundWingOut and a second later CapitalH out.

8:24:56 CapitalH in. 8:32:39 CapitalH out.

9:30:35 an eagle with almost white tail in. the tail had a black somewhat irregular diamond-shaped spot in the middle of the tail (which sometimes separated into two spots) together with short black stripes and a narrow dark lining on the outer edge. it is clearly someone else than RoundWing nor CapitalH.
Image

9:31:25 a spotty-bottomed eagle came in. it looked like CapitalH. the stranger came down to the nest and both were seemingly in peace. so apparently the stranger was male.
Image

9:31:52 the stranger out.
9:35:22 the stranger dropped down to the nest.
Image

the stranger tried to kiss CapitalH. she pecked his head and groaned a little.
9:36:16 the stranger out. CapitalH stayed.
