Re: Migration Map
Most probably Eedis transmitter is malfunctioning since 26th of March. Transmitter did some tricks also before.

At last osprey Vadim is on his way home. Thank Spirit.
Could he be so late because he is still too young to breed and therefore it does not matter when he arrives?

Newly added WTE LV235 cannot be chosen from the list.
The latest position from LSE Haage is of 2.4.17. Is her transmitter not working?

I wish all birds a safe & easy migration and a nice winter with their friends and good food.
Hope we'll see all "ours" back in their nests next spring
Many thanks to all the people who are bringing us this "Magic Map" , which are helping up to check on the birds during all this long period

Not all birds on map, yet, but as Karl started, it was needed to show his migration. There will be many new birds (Cranes, Greater Spotted Eagles) as well, if they start to migrate.

Me, too.
Thank you Urmas and Juta. I noticed today that the migration map is accessible now for the southern route.
Can it be derived from his flight pattern whether Buzzard Kordian was breeding this season?
Here it is:

Kordian did not breed this year, yet. He arrived to the possible next year breeding site in NE Latvia only in second half of June - that time the chicks start to fly in successful nests.
We will see if Kordian likes that place to return nest spring.
