Hi Fleur

Yes, they are growing very fast ... because they are eating huge amounts of food.

Today afternoon they received fresh food again. It was at least 4th or 5th bird with a ring during a couple of weeks.

Sorry for removing the picture, but Photobucket tried to blackmail money afterwards for linking pictures, so I removed the pictures and deleted my account at them.

This time the prey had blue ring in one leg and white or metal ring in the other.

I also looked at the first glance that there is a group of cows.  But they did not move. ...

Luckily they are just pieces of field, that were hit down by the heavy rain and have not got up.

Unluck for the farmer, of course.

Good morning! :hi:

At 06:24 one of the chickens gathered its courage and moved out of the box.

Sorry for removing the picture, but Photobucket tried to blackmail money afterwards for linking pictures, so I removed the pictures and deleted my account at them.

The others were watching astonished, how he manages there.

At 06:50 one of the parents only delivered food very quickly, but did not feed the kids. There is quite a chaos in the box.

Good morning!

05:24 The smallest chicken is testing again, how it feels to stand on the wooden beam. Today on the right side of the box.

Sorry for removing the picture, but Photobucket tried to blackmail money afterwards for linking pictures, so I removed the pictures and deleted my account at them.

06:09 The little chick is in front of the box, showing his well cleaned feathers. The others have turned their backs to him and refuse to talk with him. Well, almost.

The biggest chicken is more careful and is only half-way out.

05:59 An accident! The smallest chick fell down from the front wooden beam, when it was training wings.

Right after that, some bird was flying at low altitude, but it is impossible to say, who it was.
The chick has trained so much, that it can have survived if it just did not hit the metal structures. Let’s hope the best.

07:25 A bird for breakfast. The chickens are also feeded instead of letting them eat by themselves.

first "chick" has already left the box, now they were feeded instead of self eating; hm: that looks like sentimentals before they left for ever...

I haven't watched in here for a longer time, thanks all for reporting about this nist location.
